Your WOO Mansion status is based on your annual spend on woomoreplay.com. Our Dressing Room is free to join by making a rewards account. Once you’ve spent $81+/year, you will automatically be upgraded to The Grotto. Once you spend $150+/year, you’ll enter our highest tier-The Playground.In order to remain in your tier, you must continue to spend the minimum entry threshold in a rolling calendar year. Whatever tier you achieve in a rolling year (based on the date you reached a certain tier), you keep for a 12-month period.
We consider that a quickie ;).Go to the Rewards page, click the “login button” and log into your WOO account. Under “WOO Mansion” you will see your current status bar which includes the tier you are at and how much you will need to spend to get to the next tier.
To redeem points to save on your next order, you can redeem at checkout or via the Account page once you are logged in. Click the “Redeem Now Button” at the top of the page, and if you have points to redeem, you will be able to click and apply your points to your order.

Yes, points expire after 1 year of inactivity. Activity is defined as making a purchase, receiving a reward, making a referral or redeeming points. So just like in the bedroom, you’ll want to stay active.
